Some thoughts that come to mind:
“Weep with those who weep”
Pray. One friend today said it like this: “If you spent more time today watching tv (NCAA basketball) than you did praying for Japan, perhaps your priorities are misplaced.”
Go. Ask whether God might want you to go and help with the recovery. Oftentimes he uses times like these to plant many seeds for the gospel. Japan is a very hard mission field because the people are very closed, introverted, and self-sufficient.
