O’Zapft auf den Wiesen

Oktoberfest begins today here in München. The Mayer tapped the Barrel at noon, and the festivities began. We could here what sounded like fireworks from our apartment. The city is going to be crazy busy for the next few weeks. We hope to find some peace and quite in the Alps for a few days…pictures to come.
